About drugset

A registry-grounded record of drugs in clinical development — every field traced to the source document it was read from, and left empty where no source says otherwise.

What this is

Drugset assembles one page per drug from the public clinical and regulatory record: the trials it has been through, the organisations that ran them, the diseases it was tested in, its molecular target and modality, and the filings and approvals that followed.

The material is already public, but it is scattered across registries that do not share identifiers — the same molecule appears under a code name in one, an INN in another and a brand name in a third. The work here is resolving those into a single identity, and doing so from evidence rather than string similarity.

How a fact gets on a page

Every derived field carries a citation: the document it came from and the sentence within it. Where a page shows a value, you can open the sentence that supports it. Where no source supports a value, the page shows nothing rather than an inference — an empty field here means the record is silent, not that the answer is no.

Registry text is read by language models, but the model is never the authority: a claim it cannot ground in a quoted sentence is discarded before it reaches the database.
