Single subcutaneous doses of 50 mg of ALG-125755, an siRNA designed to reduce hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in subjects with chronic hepatitis B (CHB), were shown to be well tolerated to date in HBeAg negative CHB subjects with a safety and PK profile supporting further evaluation of higher dose levels.

Triple combinations of the siRNA ALG-125755 and STOPS ALG-010133 with the ASO ALG-020572 showed additive activity in reducing HBsAg and demonstrated a dose-dependent response with respect to the ASO.
