The approved study is a multicenter, first-in-human, dose escalation and dose expansion Phase I clinical trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of CPO301 in advanced solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Thisisthefirst effort oftheGroup expanding itsglobal clinical development intoCanada, leveraging similarity incancer treatment andsynergy inpatient recruitment inNorth America (U.S. andCanada) towards the expedited development of this important program. Nonclinical studies conducted by the Group have demonstrated highly promising anti-tumor activity of CPO301 in tumor models derived from patients resistant to third-generation EGFR inhibitor Osimertinib.
