Ferring and RedHill Biopharma enter strategic partnership for Rebyota ® and Clenpiq ® The agreement with RedHill will give Rebyota and Clenpiq dedicated commercial focus and greater opportunity to reach more patients. For Ferring, the agreement marks the successful conclusion of the strategic review of Rebyota ® and supports the company’s broader transformation. Saint-Prex, Switzerland – 1 September 2026 – Ferring Pharmaceuticals and RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDHL) today announced a strategic partnership under which RedHill will acquire exclusive global commercial rights to Rebyota ® (fecal microbiota, live – jslm) and exclusive U.S. commercial rights to Clenpiq ® (sodium picosulphate, magnesium oxide, citric acid) , both for their currently approved indications. Under the agreement, Ferring will remain the Marketing Authorisation Holder for both products and will continue to manufacture and supply them to RedHill, while RedHill will assume responsibility for their commercialisation. The addition of exclusive U.S. commercial rights to Clenpiq is expected to further strengthen RedHill’s focused gastroenterology portfolio. The agreement follows Ferring’s announcement in October 2025 that it was exploring strategic options for Rebyota as part of its ongoing transformation. The partnership represents the successful conclusion of the strategic review of Rebyota and provides both Rebyota and Clenipiq with a dedicated commercial platform to help expand their reach among patients and healthcare professionals. Rebyota was the first FDA-approved fecal microbiota product and is indicated for the prevention of recurrence of Clostridioides difficile infection in adults following antibiotic treatment for recurrent C. difficile infection. “ Finding the right strategic partner for Rebyota was important to us, both because of the innovation behind the product and, most importantly, for the patients for the patients for whom continued access matters, ” said Jean-Frédéric Paulsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Ferring Pharmaceuticals. “ RedHill has the right focus to take Rebyota and Clenpiq forward commercially, while Ferring will continue to play an important role as marketing authorisation holder and manufacturer. This partnership is a strong example of our Enterprise Model in action, allowing us to realise the potential of our products through the right partnerships while focusing our own resources where we are best positioned to create value. ” “ Our partnership with Ferring represents another meaningful step in strengthening RedHill’s position in gastroenterology (GI). Rebyota and Clenpiq are highly complementary additions to our specialty GI portfolio and fit well with RedHill’s team commercial and development domain expertise, ” said Dror Ben-Asher, Chief Executive Officer of RedHill Biopharma. “ We see an opportunity to expand the new products’ reach among patients and healthcare professionals, we thank Ferring for a smooth process to date and look forward to a successful collaboration. “ KYBORA acted as exclusive advisor to Ferring on this transaction.
