Results from NEXUS interim analysis published in eClinicalMedicine, part of THE LANCET DiscoveryScience

We are pleased to announce that the results from the positive 24w NEXUS interim analysis conducted in 2023 have been published in a manuscript entitled "Safety and efficacy of leriglitazone in childhood cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (NEXUS): an interim analysis of an open-label, phase 2/3 trial” in eClinicalMedicine, part of THE LANCET DiscoveryScience ( https://doi.org/10.1016/j.eclinm.2025.103265 ). We would like to thank the patients, their families, the Investigators and their research teams at the centres for their dedication to the study to achieve this first publication.
