Eikon Therapeutics Presents Pharmacokinetic/Biomarker Analysis of the Toll-Like Receptor 7 and 8 (TLR7/8) Agonist EIK1001 at the Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research

In this poster presented at AACR, the research team describes findings from analyses of EIK1001 pharmacokinetics (PK) and cytokine biomarker data from two Phase 1 clinical trials in participants with advanced solid tumors. PK is linear and dose-proportional. Dose-dependent increases in IP-10 and IFNg are consistent with the TLR7/8 mechanism of action, over a dose range where clinical response was observed in the heavily treated and heterogenous Phase 1 population.
