One oral and one poster presentation selected at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) 2025 Annual Meeting Clinical update from the NIT-112 study evaluating NT-I7 in combination with CAR-T therapy in patients with large B-cell lymphoma Preclinical data demonstrating strong synergy of NT-I7, CAR-T, and dexamethasone triple combination in animal models November 04, 2025 — ROCKVILLE, MD : NeoImmuneTech, Inc., a global leader in T cell-based immunotherapy, today announced that two collaborative studies featuring its lead T cell amplifier NT-I7 (efineptakin alfa) in combination with CAR-T therapy have been selected for presentation—one oral and one poster—at the 67th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting and Exposition, taking place December 6–9, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, USA. Both studies explore the potential of NT-I7 to enhance the efficacy and durability of CAR-T therapy, as demonstrated through clinical and preclinical research. The oral presentation will feature a clinical study conducted in collaboration with the Washington University School of Medicine that evaluated NT-I7 in combination with CAR-T therapy in patients with large B-cell lymphoma. The clinical data demonstrate that NT-I7 may enhance immune cell recovery and prolong anti-tumor activity following CAR-T treatment, addressing current challenges in durability of response. The presentation will be delivered by Dr. Zach Crees from Washington University. The poster presentation, led by Dr. Xiuli Wang and her team at City of Hope, will introduce preclinical data demonstrating that the triple combination of NT-I7, CAR-T, and dexamethasone significantly enhanced CAR-T cell persistence and functionality, inducing durable remission in multiple myeloma models. These results provide strong preclinical rationale for the clinical application of NT-I7-based combination therapies. ASH is the largest international conference in the field of hematology, where only a small fraction of submitted abstracts—typically the most outstanding—are selected for oral presentation each year. This selection reflects the scientific and clinical innovation of the research, recognized through a rigorous review process. Oral presentations go beyond data sharing; they are reserved for pivotal studies with the potential to directly impact clinical practice. These sessions draw attention not only from academia but also from pharmaceutical companies, regulatory agencies, and investors, increasing the likelihood of multi-center clinical trials and potential licensing opportunities. “ Being selected for an oral presentation at ASH reflects the clinical importance and scientific innovation of our research,” said Dr. John F. DiPersio, Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. “We are excited to present data that point toward overcoming the current limitations of CAR-T therapy.” “ The ASH selections mark an important milestone validating the global competitiveness of NT-I7,” said a NeoImmuneTech spokesperson. “Enhancing the durability of CAR-T therapy is a critical step in transforming blood cancer treatment, and NT-I7 represents a promising solution. Building on these results, NeoImmuneTech will continue to expand global partnerships and advance innovative therapies for patients worldwide.” NeoImmuneTech continues to advance NT-I7-based combination strategies with CAR-T and other immune cell therapies, aiming to strengthen global collaborations and accelerate ongoing clinical programs. *** ENDS ***
