1 of 2 Important: Voluntary Nationwide Recall PrSEASONALE Extended‑Cycle Oral Contraceptive Tablets DIN: 02296659 | Lot: 100076607 | Expiry: January 2027 Distributed by Teva Canada Limited - Canadian Market Only Toronto, Canada (February 12, 2026) - Teva Canada Limited, with the knowledge of Health Canada, is initiating a nationwide voluntary Type I recall at the patient (consumer) level of one lot of PrSEASONALE (DIN 02296659) 3×91 Extended‑Cycle Oral Contraceptive Tablets. This recall is being initiated due to the potential for missing a blister card from the product compact. To date, Teva Canada Limited has not received any customer complaints or reports of adverse events related to the lots being recalled. Products Subject to the Voluntary Recall The product is available in tablet presentation and is a combination birth control pill (oral contraceptive). The affected product and lot number is: Product Name Strength Size Lot # DIN UPC Expiry First Date of Sale SEASONALE 0.15 mg levonorgestrel and 0.03 mg ethinyl estradiol 3x91 100059661 02296659 068510998781 January 2027 Sept 30,2025 The Product Three (3) Extended-Cycle Tablet Dispensers containing a total of 91 tablets each: • Tray 1 and Tray 2 each contain a blister card with 28 pink tablets. • Tray 3 contains a blister card with 35 tablets (28 pink tablets and 7 white tablets). What to Do Consumers who have purchased PrSEASONALE Oral Contraceptive Tablets are advised to check the lot number on their product label. If your product matches the affected lot numbers listed above, please examine the compact carefully : • If a blister card is missing, return the product to the pharmacy or store where it was purchased for a replacement. • If a blister card is not missing, no action is required. • If you cannot get to a pharmacy right away, you should continue taking the tablets as scheduled. Do not stop taking PrSEASONALE until you have obtained a replacement or alternative product. Teva Canada Limited is notifying its distributors, retailers, and health care professionals to arrange for the return / credit of any returned recalled product lot. Distributors and retailers that have inventory of the recalled product have been advised to immediately stop distribution and isolate remaining quantities in their control and return the recalled product lots to Teva Canada Limited.
