OM Pharma and SPH Keyuan Trade advance Broncho-Vaxom® (OM-85) availability across China

OM Pharma and Keyuan Xinhai (Beijing) Medical Products Trade Co., Ltd. (SPH Keyuan Trade) have signed an exclusive agreement to import, distribute, and promote Broncho-Vaxom® (OM-85) in China. The partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony in Beijing. Through this agreement, SPH Keyuan Trade will hold exclusive rights to commercialise Broncho-Vaxom® across China - one of OM Pharma’s key markets. The agreement was signed by Pascal Schumacher, Chief Commercial Officer of OM Pharma, and Chu Chenxi, General Manager of SPH Keyuan Trade. The collaboration supports a shared goal: improving access to effective solutions for patients with respiratory diseases and contributing to the continued development of respiratory healthcare in China. Broncho-Vaxom® is a bacterial lysate therapy made from selected, inactivated bacterial strains and produced at OM Pharma’s biotech site in Geneva, Switzerland. In China, it is indicated for the prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infections in both adults and children. The partnership reflects OM Pharma’s strategy to work with strong local partners to expand its global reach. By combining SPH Keyuan Trade’s nationwide commercial network and medical expertise with OM Pharma’s innovation, the companies aim to make Broncho-Vaxom® more widely accessible to patients across China.
