CSPC PHARMACEUTICAL GROU P LIMITED ͩᖹණྠ Ϟʮ̡ (Incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability) (Stock code: 1093) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT HIGHLY SELECTIVE FGFR4 INHIBITOR “SYHX2005” OBTAINS CLINICAL TRIAL APPROV AL The board of directors (the “ Board”) of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (the “ Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that the “SYHX2005” (the “ Product”) developed by the Group has obtained approval granted by the National Medical Products Administration of the People’s Republic of China to conduct clinical trials in China. The Product is a Class 1 innovative chemical drug developed by the Group with patent applications filed in China and overseas. The Product is a type of highly selective FGFR4 inhibitor and currently there are no products of the same type available in the global market. The indication for this clinical trial approval is for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The preclinical studies have shown that the Product has a high selectivity of efficacy targets with excellent in vivo and in vitro activities as well as good safety profile, providing a promising clinical development value.
