Donidalorsen is an investigational antisense medicine designed to reduce the production of prekallikrein, which plays a key role in the activation of inflammatory mediators associated with acute attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE). Donidalorsen uses Ionis' LIgand-Conjugated Antisense, or LICA, technology.
