Immunwork announced that two ultra-long-acting drugs developed using innovative fatty acid bundles technology platform have received approval from the Australian Human Research Ethics Committee in May. TE-8105 targets obesity (including weight management), type 2 diabetes, and fatty liver disease, while TE-8214 targets neuroendocrine tumors and acromegaly. Both drugs have undergone initial dosing in low-dose subjects, showing good tolerance and no significant side effects. Phase 1 clinical trials for both drugs are expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2025.
