Abstract highlights potential of NT-I7 in combination with Immunocore’s and NeoImmuneTech’s assets Findings demonstrate expansion of stem-like T cells and reduction of T cell exhaustion Collaborative research conducted with global immuno-oncology company Immunocore May 22, 2026 — ROCKVILLE, MD : NeoImmuneTech, a T cell-focused immunotherapy company, today announced that an abstract featuring collaborative research with global immuno-oncology company Immunocore (NASDAQ: IMCR) has been accepted for presentation at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. The abstract, titled “IL7 enhances ImmTAC-mediated killing by T cells in vitro and improves T cell fitness in patients,” evaluates the potential of NT-I7 (efineptakin alfa) to improve T cell fitness and enhance ImmTAC-mediated anti-tumor activity. Immunocore is a commercial-stage biotechnology company pioneering and delivering transformative immunomodulating medicines to radically improve outcomes for patients with cancer, infectious diseases and autoimmune diseases. Immunocore continues to advance a broad pipeline of TCR-based immunotherapies across multiple solid tumor indications. The study demonstrated a correlation between IL7R expression and a T cell fitness (TCF) gene signature associated with naïve/stem-like T cells in patients with metastatic uveal melanoma (mUM) and triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). In vitro findings showed that IL7 treatment increased stem-like T cells, reduced immune checkpoint receptor expression, enhanced ImmTAC-mediated IFNγ secretion and tumor cell killing, and reduced T cell exhaustion. A NeoImmuneTech representative stated, “These findings suggest that NT-I7 expands stem-like T cells and supports T cell function. Whether this could improve efficacy of T cell-based immunotherapies requires further evaluation in clinical studies. Through our collaborative research with Immunocore, a global leader in TCR therapeutics, we continue to evaluate the broader combination potential of NT-I7.” The study is scheduled to be presented during an ASCO poster session on May 30, 2026 (U.S. Central Time). *** END ***
