Yang Xia | Phase II trial of ensartinib for advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer with MET exon 14 skipping mutations 7 Conclusion • Ensartinib demonstrated encouraging anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC harboring METex14 in the second line setting. − ORR was 53.3% and DCR was 86.7%. − Median DOR was 7.9 months (95% CI, 4.8-8.7). − Median PFS was 6.0 months (95% CI, 3.0-8.8). • Ensartinib was generally well tolerated with a manageable safety profile. No serious events or treatment-related deaths occurred. • This regimen is expected to provide a new treatment option for this population.
