DE C.V. (hereafter, Daiichi Sankyo Mexico), has launched the Daiichi Sankyo Group’s leading antihypertensive franchise olmesartan medoxomil in Mexico under the name, Openvas®. It has also launched Openvas Co®, a combination preparation for use with a diuretic*. Daiichi Sankyo Mexico was established in 2011 to leverage the Group’s Hybrid Business Model in Mexico to offer both innovative and established medicines in Latin America’s second largest market.
