Huadong Medicine reports positive Phase 3 topline results for Wynzora® (MC2-01) cream in China

Copenhagen, September 30, 2026 — MC2 Therapeutics is pleased to note that Huadong Medicine has announced topline results from a Phase 3 clinical trial of MC2-01 in adult patients with plaque psoriasis in China. Huadong Medicine has stated that the study met its primary endpoint and that it is preparing a New Drug Application submission to China’s National Medical Products Administration. The trial was conducted by Hangzhou Zhongmei Huadong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Huadong Medicine, under the collaboration and licence agreement between MC2 Therapeutics and Huadong Medicine. Huadong Medicine holds exclusive rights to develop, register and commercialise MC2-01 in Greater China.
