CSPC PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP LIMITED ʮ̡ (Incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability) (Stock Code: 1093) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT NEW TARGET ANTI-TUMOR DRUG “SYHA1801” WAS GRANTED CLINICAL TRIAL APPROVAL The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to announce that “SYHA1801” (the “Product ”) developed by CSPC Zhongqi Pharmaceutical Technology (Shijiaz huang) Co., Ltd.*( ͩ ʮ̡ ), a subsidiary of the Group, was granted approval by the National Medical Products Administration of the People’s Republ ic of China to conduct clinical trials in China. The Product has a number of patent application s in China and overseas. The Product is a new type of small-molecule kinase inhibitor an d currently there is no product of the same type available in the global market. The potential ind ications of the Product are advanced solid tumors. The pre-clinical studies indicated that the Produ ct has an outstanding efficacy in respect of in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor activity and good sa fety, providing a promising prospect of demonstrating good efficacy for the anti-cancer treatment in th e clinical trials.
