(ASX:NYR), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing Transient Receptor Potential Canonical (TRPC) ion channel inhibitors to treat a range of medical conditions, is pleased to announce its composition of matter patent for Xolatryp® has been granted. Nyrada’s granted patent will provide intellectual property protection within the United States over Xolatryp's chemical structure, with a 20-year term from the September 2024 filing date. A composition of matter patent protects against the unauthorised manufacture, use, sale, or import of Xolatryp without Nyrada's approval.
