Summary

The primary objective of the study is to assess the improvement of endothelial function under sulodexide + conventional treatment or conventional treatment alone in patients with Leriche-Fontaine stage II peripheral arterial obstructive disease (systolic ankle brachial index ABI \< 0. 9).
