Conduct a large-sample, multicenter, superiority, double-blind, randomized controlled clinical trial to verify the efficacy of TJC in reducing the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients with metabolic syndrome at high cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk (HCR-MS). 2.
