To determine the effect of food on the single oral dose pharmacokinetics of APPA-1 constituents (paeonol/apocynin) in healthy subjects. To determine the effect of gender on the single oral dose pharmacokinetics of APPA-1 constituents (paeonol/apocynin) in healthy subjects. To determine the multiple oral dose pharmacodynamics of APPA-1 in osteoarthritis patients.
