Abstract * Background: Local anesthesia is a primary source of anxiety in pediatric dentistry. * Objective: To evaluate if mechanical vibration from a low-cost facial massager reduces pain and anxiety during injections using the Gate Control Theory. * Design: Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial .
