The study results demonstrated that both PCCs, Sanquin’s Cofact (a heparin-free formulation) and CSL Behring’s Beriplex P/N (a formulation containing heparin) reversed the steady-state pharmacodynamic effects of Eliquis in several coagulation assessments, including endogenous thrombin potential (ETP). |
