[Cranbury, New Jersey, USA, May 15, 2026] IVIEW Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to advancing innovative treatments for ocular diseases, today announced a highly productive and fruitful presence at the Eyecelerator forum on May 1 and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) 2026 Annual Meeting, held May 3–7, 2026, in Denver, Colorado. The company delivered one oral presentation reporting the phase 2 trial data for the dry eye program and four posters reporting progress on dry eye, viral conjunctivitis, glaucoma gene therapy and post-surgery inflammation control programs, attracting significant attention from physicians, researchers, industry experts, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Eyecelerator Presentation: Dr. Bo Liang Brings Attention to IVIEW's Differentiated Approach On May 1, 2026, IVIEW’s founder and CEO Dr. Bo Liang presented at Eyecelerator @ ARVO 2026, a premier innovation forum organized by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. During the Anterior Segment/Glaucoma session, Dr. Liang highlighted IVIEW's diversified pipeline and proprietary drug delivery platforms, bringing significant attention to the company's novel approach to ophthalmic therapeutics. ARVO 2026 Oral Presentations: Phase 1/2a Data for IVW-1001 in Dry Eye Disease Dr. Liang delivered a well-received oral presentation titled IVW-1001 Ophthalmic Eyelid Wipe to Treat Dry Eye Disease (DED) Patients: A Phase 1/2a Trial (Session #358, Presentation #3378). The presentation showcased clinical data demonstrating that IVW-1001, a first-in-class TRPM8 agonist delivered via a proprietary eyelid wipe, achieved statistically significant improvements in both signs and symptoms of dry eye disease (DED) with a favorable safety profile (0–3% ocular irritation). The data represents the first well-controlled trial demonstrating a TRPM8 agonist achieving statistical significance on both key sign and key symptom endpoints in a DED trial via eyelid wipe administration, not traditional eye drops. Poster Presentations: Clinical and Preclinical Advances Across the Product Pipeline Programs Ms. Jeanette Stewart, IVIEW’s Clinical Operations Director with over 30 years exeriences in ophthalmic clinical trial operations, presented De-Risking Phase 2b Dose Optimization Study of IVW-1001 Ophthalmic Eyelid Wipe for Dry Eye Disease (Poster #1759-0521). The trial confirmed 0.2% as the optimal therapeutic dose for Phase 3 advancement and confirmed the phase 2a trial findings for sign and symptom improvements. Dr. Wei Wang, Vice President of Translational Research and Head of Operations, presented IND-Enabling CMC and Nonclinical Toxicology to Support Clinical Development of IVIEW-1701 for the Treatment of Postoperative Ocular Inflammation and Pain (Poster #2765-0431). The presentation highlighted IVIEW-1701, a unit-dose, preservative-free, twice-daily solubilized nanomicelle ophthalmic gel-forming solution of difluprednate (0.03%) incorporating both IVIEW's proprietary I-Gel™ extended-release in-situ gel-forming and nanomicelle technologies. Dr. Zuliang Yao presented IVIEW-1201D: A Novel In-situ Gel forming Combination of Povidone-Iodine and Difluprednate for the Treatment of Acute Adenoviral Conjunctivitis (Poster #5439-0715). The presentation featured drug’s sustained release of an efficacious dose, favorable PK bridging, and acceptable ocular tolerability enables the initiation of pivotal trials to simultaneously target the infectious and inflammatory components of acute adenoviral conjunctivitis. GVB-2001 Glaucoma Gene Therapy Poster Draws Significant Interest A key highlight was the poster titled GVB-2001, a Novel Gene Therapy to Treat Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma: Preclinical Validation to IIT Clinical Development (Poster #3022-0272). The presentation, which drew significant interest from conference attendees, detailed IVIEW's scAAV2-based gene therapy delivered via a single intracameral injection designed to modify the trabecular meshwork to reduce intraocular pressure on a sustained basis, potentially reducing the risk for neuro-damage, which is the cause of blindness. First-in-human data have shown preliminary safety and efficacy signals. IAOI Forum: Dr. Bo Liang Serves as Panel Expert In addition to the Eyecelerator and ARVO presentations, the IVIEW team attended the International Alliance for Ophthalmology Innovation (IAOI) Forum on May 3 at the University of Colorado campus. Dr. Bo Liang served as a panel expert participating in discussions on the topic of Early PoC Studies and IIT for CGT Projects, Emerging Ophthalmology Technologies and Innovation, further showcasing IVIEW's active participation in the ophthalmic gene therapy space. Strong Engagement with KOLs and Industry Experts Throughout the week, IVIEW's posters attracted a wide audience of physicians, researchers, industry experts, and KOLs. The team was pleased to engage in productive discussions with distinguished attendees, including Dr. Gary Novack, Dr. Houman Hemmati, and Professor Terete Borras, among many other professional experts and peers. Dr. Bo Liang, CEO of IVIEW Therapeutics, commented: This was an incredibly productive and fruitful gathering for our team.
