(Reuters: SUN.BO, Bloomberg: SUNP IN, NSE:SUNPHARMA, BSE: 524715) announced that USFDA has granted its subsidiary an approval for an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) to market a generic version of Razadyne® ER, galantamine hydrobromide extended-release capsules. These generic galantamine hydrobromide extended-release capsules, 8 mg (base), 16 mg (base) and 24 mg (base) are indicated in the treatment of mild to moderate dementia of the Alzheimer’s type.
