Update on Amgen’s bemarituzumab Phase 1b/3 FORTITUDE-102 Study November 4, 2025 Amgen, Zai Lab’s partner and study sponsor, announced during its Q3 2025 earnings call on November 4, 2025, that the Phase 1b/3 FORTITUDE-102 trial evaluating bemarituzumab plus chemotherapy and nivolumab in patients with first-line gastric cancer was stopped for inadequate efficacy, at an ad hoc analysis requested by the data monitoring committee.
